Bill: Crowd Dispersion Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Dorvish Popular Front
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2044
Description[?]:
We support the right of the police to break up crowds without giving a reason. Not only is it remarkably inefficient explaining to some radical protestors that intend to start a riot they are being dismissed because they will start a riot (not wise) but also it endangers police sources. For instance, if there are a group of fanatical communists who organise a 'legit' protest but only a certain number know this is to incite violence and one of these number reports it to the police - this person is likely to be found out and god knows what will happen to them. |

Message | This bill only goes to show the oppressive heritage of the Fascists. It's one more step towards destryoing the individual. |
Date | 00:28:02, April 29, 2005 CET | From | Dorvish Popular Front | To | Debating the Crowd Dispersion Act |
Message | Nonsense - we aim to protect the individual who obeys the law. The very few individuals that insist on breaking the law and using violence or terrorism to get their way are the ones we, and all civilised people, should wish to destroy! |
