Part of the SV's new programme of moderate reform we attempt to introduce throughout our term in government. We want to move Kazulia in the right direction but this time in a way which is more gradual and can hopefully also win the support of less radical elements within the Stortinget.

Here we think it is vital that the government has tighter control over the sale of alcohol and cigarettes so they can better deal with their harmful social and medical effects.
