| Questa legge è antidemocratica. Ponendo tutte le radio e le televisioni nelle mani dello stato si toglie ai cittadini, eventualmente in contrasto col governo, la possibilità di far sentire la propria voce, si impedisce la nascita di nuovi progetti culturali radiotelevisivi, si cancella il pluralismo che sta alla base della democrazia. Ricordiamoci che il dissenso e l'opposizione sono gli anticorpi che proteggono la democrazia da svolte autoritarie. Da un lato nella nostra situazione politica credo che la sinistra sarà egemone nel panorama politico istaliano per decenni e non vorremo che qualcuno si facesse prendere la mano, dall'altro lato non oso immaginare se un giorno tornassimo all'opposizione con leggi del genere cosa succederebbe se al governo tornassero forze fasciste o reazionarie. |
