| If my calculations are correct, Dorvik's abortion laws have not been touched in 87 years!! Currently, women may only perform an abortion during her first trimester. Dorvikians are forced to travel to neighboring countries to get abortions if they pass their first trimester, which can often happen who don't realize they're pregnant. Unfortunately, only those more wealthy Dorvikians can afford such a journey. Our lower income citizens will often resort to unregulated abortions from unlicensed sources. Should we force our women to travel abroad or get a so-called "back alley" abortion? A woman has a right to her own body. Let our women and their doctors make this difficult decision, not politicians!! Dorvik is a liberal country yet quite the opposite concerning abortion. Vote to extend the abortion term limits!! |
