The Appointment Reform Act of 2844 is soley concerned with the current appointment process of the DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL POLICE BUREAU currently dictated by the National Police Bureau Act of 2787, namely ARTICLE 2, SECTION 1 which reads: Article 2 - Section 1: The Minister of Internal Affairs shall, after consulting the Emperor and Staatsminister, appoint the Director of the National Police Bureau. The Director shall be responsible for administrating the NPB and conducting federal investigations within the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria as laid out in this Act. On the approval of the His Imperial Majesty's Government and the Imperial Diet, the Appointment Reform Act of 2844 shall change the said language of Article 2, Section 1, to this outlined: Article 2- Section 1: The Minister of Internal Affairs shall, after consulting the Emperor and Staatsminister, shall nominate the Director of the National Police Bureau and present him or her before the Parliamentary Committee on National Police Bureau Oversight for confirmation that will need a 2/3rd approval. The Director shall be responsible for administrating the NPB and conducting federal investigations within the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria as laid out in this Act. |
