MessageHow can there be almost unanimous support for this legislation, which proposes the redistribution of tax-payers' money to nations abroad rather than circulating it back into the community so that they can reap its benefits? The federal government has an inherent responsibility - given its confiscation of money to which only its owners have a rightful entitlement - to only spend tax revenue on absolutely essential areas that benefit all Rutanians in some way; anything else is tantamount to organized robbery. If people feel compelled to give their own money to charities and foreign aid, let them do so of their own volition. That this legislation will pass with minimal dissent is a travesty.
