Message | On the contrary - the Anarch Anakrousite Shatter has undergone something of a 'rebirth', in a new form... or rather, in several new forms. The moderate 'Party' of Anarch Anakrousites has always been a contradiction... because of WHAT that party was... a collection of disparate groups, banding together for the strength in numbers. Thus - the AAP would vote for 'socialistic' values on some issues, 'libertarian' values on other issues... and often vote for 'moderate' options that cut through the middle and avoided extremes. Since the death of their founder, Anakah Anakrousis, the Anarch Anakrousite Shatter has become more of a loose association of extreme elements - and each of those elements may have it's own agenda to push. |

Message | Response tot the MadMan Party: The AAS (former AAP) is a more divided institution than it once was. Some elements are more extreme in some ways, some in others. What you are seeing here is largely the work of Finvarra Bean-Tighe, the head of the Sacred Order Faction of the new Anarch Anakrousite Shatter. His reasoning is that: Likatonian society is in it's current state of upheaval, because the Likatonian people have 'lost their way', and this legislation is largely a Sacred Order proposal to bring the Likatonian everyman back into the 'right' way of living. Thus: the Sacred Order opposes values that 'harm' family structure (such as abortion, adoption and poor parenting) and that harm the spiritual wellbeing of the individual (such as drug-abuse, alcohol abuse, 'liberal' education establishments). It is, perhaps, worth pointing out that OTHER members of the AAS do NOT necessarily follow the same agenda. |
