Message | We are supporting the demining effort on the border with the Vice-royauté Impérial d'Alduria and also the Royaume-Uni de Grande-Rildanor et du Noumonde Daily. Also, we want a humanitarian demining in Kanjorian territorial sea area (especially the waters close to the Enlightened Peoples Republic of Indrala). Nevertheless, our bill greatly expands on this as it proposes to limit the military usage of land mines in order to avoid civilian casualties. The AD, as always, insists in adopting a humanitarian stance with regards to foreign relations and our nation's own military. This bill greatly limits the usage of anti-personnel mines. We count on your valuable support! T. Vognes |

Message | We didn't realize, given our historical friendliness and that we still belong to the Union Française, that there were mines along the borders there. Because of this; we don't feel there is a need to change the current laws. However, we are willing to support this measure. |

Message | We were also not aware that we even had landmines situated on the border with these countries. In fact, we doubt there are that many. The current law, in our opinion, refers to the choice of using it when needed. |
