In light of the recent terrorist activities, and the failure of concurrent governments to establish a proper protocol in dealing with terrorist activities, we hereby propose:

(i) Anti-money-laundering package to prevent terrorism
(ii) Tighter border security
(iii) Creation of a fund for providing for victims of terrorism, public safety officers and their families
(iv) A redefinition of the term 'terrorism' in the statute books, to include mass destruction, as well as assassination, kidnapping and cyberterrorism
(v) An initiative to improve surveillence and intelligence in counter-terrorism
