Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| President Vandermark looks to introduce a new government as soon as possible. The RHP and LDP (the two largest parties outside of the OP) have been given three ministries while the DPR, PPR, and REP have each been given two ministries. Ministries have been assigned according to merit on the part of the candidates, this is defined as 1.) time in the Senate/Rutanian politics in general 2.) prior cabinet service 3.) particular expertise in that area if having no prior political experience. This proposal encompasses all parties with seats in the Senate and looks to bring political unity to the Rutanian government from left to right. President Vandermark will remain provisional HoG until a cabinet is passed. |
