Description[?]:
From the President-Councillor, Our Lady the Priestess: Our national average for persons per seat ratio is 188,038.6567 people per seat. However, some of our regions' citizens are being given more voice in Parliament than others The ratios, region by region for the last election/census: Kregon--208,300 people per seat Andalay--201,599 people per seat Rapula--186,080 people per seat Norstavan--170,027 people per seat Golavia--167,812 people per seat In order for a citizen in Kregon to have just as much political representation as one in Golavia, the seats should be as follows: 73-Kregon 70-Andalay 58-Rapula 50-Norstavan 49-Golavia The current situation is: Kregon--Recieved 66 seats, deserves 73.112, under represented by 7 Andalay--Recieved 65 seats, deserves 69.687, under represented by 5 Rapula--Recieved 59 seats, deserves 58.385, over represented by 1 Norstavan--Recieved 55 seats, deserves 49.732, over represented by 5 Golavia--Recieved 55 seats, deserves 49.084, over represented by 6 As my party won 33/66(50%) of the seats in Kregon, as well as 30/55(55%) of the seats in Golavia, I represent our largest and smallest regions more than any other party. I speak for both of them when I say that neither wants to be over or under represented at the expense or benefit of the other. |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
