Bill: Réformes constitutionnelles 2854

Description[?]:
.This bill changes the name of the legislature from the aristocratic "Sénat" to the democratic Assemblée nationale, reduces the number of seats to improve effectiveness and fixes it at an odd number of seats to avoid hung parliaments.
