Message | There is no reason to take control out of the hands of regional governments and put them into the control of "multiple private companies". The current policy has been in place for quite some time and has worked without much, if any, problems. |

Message | The FAP would however go for the fire prevention and management article, if alone. |

Message | And before the current policy, multiple private companies owned and maintained the grids for some time without any problems. |

Message | Yes and before that policy the national government controlled the national gird, there was no problems either. My main point still stands, that article will take the power of managing and operating away from regional governments to private companies who will operate on the basis of making a profit rather than performing a public service. Besides, the way the law is, private companies already have a large stake in the grid as they provide power for it with our energy generation policy. The FAP believes it is only fair that at least regional government operate their own section of the grid. |

Message | Hr. Joseph Kalbern, CZP Infrastructure Spokesman While we support the second article, we object to the first article of this legislation. That energy needs to be controlled by multiple private companies, we can understand as it makes it more affordable. But the power grid? The power grid is essential for modern life in Greater Husltria. Since there are no restrictions on whom can purchase part of the power grid, it might obstruct the provision of energy, because if competing energy companies were each to maintain their own part of the power grid, competition would lead to obstruction of the other's energy provision. In the interests of the nation, therefore, we believe the power system should stay as it is. |

Message | I must agree with both FAP and CZP, giving the national power grid to private companies can in turn prove to be disastrous- and as FAP pointed out, it has worked fine up to now. |
