| Friends of The Selucian Empire, As Head of State it is my honour to meet with you and express the wish of the Selucian Government and Senate in conducting shared military exercises. Yours faithfully, Emperor Matthew Barnes I have been in contact with Emperor Barnes and we both want to continue our friendly, and highly educating joint military manouvers.
