MessageThe CNP will oppose this on the grounds that we believe that the priority in government spending should be on defense and law and order related programs, not on extending the Hobrazian welfare state. Additionally, we believe that our current 60 billion HCR surplus should be returned to the Hobrazian taxpayers in tax cuts, not by adding new entitlement programs.
