MessageHis Grace is disappointed that the Novy Smer leaders, despite acknowledging the need for population control by supporting the Breeding of the Peasants Act (see http://82.238.75.178:8085/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=26854), are now attempting to introduce legislation which would increase breeding rates amongst the very worst classes of peasants.

MessageWe may wish to control population growth, but that does not mean that we would allow children to suffer. They are innocent.
