Health care providers shall be considered government employees, and be paid a government salary, collected through taxes. Most necessary care shall be free of charge, though there would be a small fee for prescriptions if the patient is employed; students, the elderly, and the unemployed generally shall have these fees waived. Private insurance shall be an option for those who wish to utilize it, and employers could offer private insurance as part of their hiring packages. |
