We, the members of Parliament, do hereby authorize the Northern Area Treaty Organization to use the building and all other accommodations designated by the President and Prime Minister in the Executive Order with title "HSG Executive Order 001- Authorizing NATO Headquarters in Lodamun." We, the members of Parliament, do hereby authorize the use of funds appropriated by Parliament for the protection, provision of housing and foods, and accommodations to the representatives and families of the members of the Northern Area Treaty Organization according to the law. We, the members of Parliament, do hereby grant all representatives of the members of the Northern Area Treaty Organization full diplomatic immunity and all the rights such immunity proclaims with the exception of: Violation of the law by diplomats including espionage, smuggling, child custody law violations, murder, and other exceptions as determined by the President and the Minister of Justice. This binding resolution shall become effective one day after passage by Parliament. |
