Description[?]:
(OOC: Yay for Christian moralism! LDP, you'll remember Ab Klink doing something similar in the Netherlands) Hr. Minister August Herzwasser - Minister of Health and Social Services Smoking is bad for one's health, but one can not only smoke by one's own choice, one can also smoke because one smokes in one's direct vicinity. To counteract this, I have seen fit to author legislation which will enact a smoking ban inside places where there is work to be done- someone who works can't simply leave. |

Message | (OOC: Yes remember that, and always hated it. I'm a non-smoker, but Klink's anti-smoking laws were a restriction to the people's freedom!) For this, the current proposed law is very clear that smoking is legal outdoors and at home, and even in places that primary serve liquor (so that would be pubs, café's, etc.). Making it illegal indoors is maybe a good thing, so places ike offices, shops, libraries, restaurants, etc, it's illegal to smoke. That's a good innitiative! Well think about it, but we are very enthousiastic about it, although it's still a restriction in freedom! |

Random fact: Players are expected to behave in a courteous, co-operative manner and make a reasonable effort to act with the consent of all players involved, even where the rules do not make consent strictly necessary. In particular, players have a responsibility to take reasonable care that other players are not misinformed either about the role-play or the Game Rules. |
