| Message | I vote yes on the notion that I will write a bill returning Article #2 to the way it is. I do not think saying a 13-year-old is an adult is very prudent considering people could smoke, drink, etc. at 13 if we say you must be an adult to do those things but also say 13 years of age is an adult age. |
