| The Trigunian Socialist Republic, and the United Kerissian Socialist Republics, do recognize a state of war between themselves and the Republic of Egelion. The passing of this bill shall authorize the transfer of Trigunian troops to the command of Supreme Commander of the Red Army, Sveta Isaakova. A number of one million (1,000,000) soldiers shall remain in the Trigunian SR as the Trigunian Revolutionary Guard to protect the borders of the nation. |
