| The Dolgavas Padomju Socialistiska Republika, and the United Kerissian Socialist Republics, do recognize a state of war between themselves and the Republic of Egelion. The passing of this bill shall authorize the transfer of Dolgavan troops to the command of Supreme Commander of the Red Army, Sveta Isaakova. A number of one million (1,000,000) soldiers shall remain in the Dolgavan PSR as the Dolgavan Revolutionary Guard to protect the borders of the nation. |
