| As previously mentioned in a similar bill pertaining to the use of chemical and biological weapons, such things are a bain on humanity. To prevent the urge to use them, the purchase and production of chemical and biological weapons should be banned. However, research and development of the technology should be permitted in order learn how to better defend ourselves against their use by opposing nations and terrorist groups. |
