Bill: Privatize Defense Industry

Details

Submitted by[?]: Free Market Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 2133

Description[?]:

Currently our Defense Industry in in the hands of the State. I guess this is so to prevent the export of weapons or other things. But we already have a law to prevent weapon export. It has to be approved by the parliament.

Advantages of a privatized Defense Industry is the effecieny and technology gain and the competition. This would possibly allow us to choose between cheaper and also better weapons for our defensive army.

I therefore suggest to privatize the Defense Industry!

MessageIt was nationalised because many of the parties in this Parliament think that private industry is inefficient, no good and corrupt. That is because they have no brains. ;)
