| This Bill is a Matter of Life or Death, Please Vote ASAP! Preamble: The Treaty of Yishelem is a fraud. There is a loophole in it that allows us to withdraw, and that loophole is that it doesn’t ever literally say that Yishelem cannot withdraw from the treaty, only that Yishelem cannot declare independence. The Luthoris are claiming we can’t withdraw, but we can. Of course, even that second part doesn’t matter either because we are withdrawing. Also, to the Luthoris who claim we still declared independence before withdrawal are wrong: We declared the Republic of Beiteynu (or Beiteynuese Repbulic; we have not decided on a name yet), we did not declare Yishelem’s independence from Luthori. Beiteynu is now coexisting with the Kingdom of Yishelem - they are two competing regimes in the same country, one recognized by the majority of the Beiteynuese people (Beiteynu), and the other not. The Luthoris can look that up if they don’t believe it here. Therefore, if they invade, their invasion is an unprovoked and illegal attack on Beiteynu, and Beiteynu shall respond accordingly. Article 1: The Treaty of Yishelem is recognized by the National Parliament as a fraud, and the National Parliament also recognizes we did not withdraw from The Treaty of Yishelem illegally, and recognizes that we never broke any of said treaty’s articles before withdrawing from it. Article 2: All parties promise to never sign any treaty reminiscent of, similar to, having the same conditions as, or imitating the Treaty of Yishelem, or to re-sign to the Treaty of Yishelem itself. Article 3: If Luthori and/or any of its allies invade Beiteynu, it will be considered by the National Parliament an unprovoked and, therefore, illegal, attack on Beiteynu. Hence, any attack will also be considered a declaration of war on Beiteynu by the National Parliament. In this case, the National Parliament will raise an army to counter the attacks/invasions, and will solicit help from all willing nations of Terra to fight Luthori and/or its allies. The methods of solicitation include, but are not limited to, a press release in The Global Gazette, direct solicitation to any nation(s), and direct solicitations to any political parties within any nation(s). Article 4: This article supersedes Article 3 of this resolution. If Luthori and all allies do not invade Beiteynu, then Article 3 of this resolution is declared null and void. |
