This bill will provide for general education. Universities will be offered the choice to transfer to public status, and no pressure will be placed upon them to do so. The Chancellor of what used to be known as Free State University, now known as the University of the Kingdom, has already agreed to go public, so there will be at least one public university. The primary and secondary school system will see no disruption whatsoever. |
