Bill: Powers of the Police Extension Act (2871)

Submitted by[?]: Fortunato's Fascist Formation
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2872
Description[?]:
To extend the rights of the police by allowing them extra support when fighting crime, especially when confronting armed criminals who have the right to bare arms which the police do not. It seems senseless otherwise when viewing our lax gun laws. Cop kills are at an all time high. |

Message | Our general belief is that if a man's allowed to carry a concealed fire arm. A police officer also must be given that very same right. Lifes are at risk here. I think I would be right in saying that Police Officers deserve the right to carry military grade weaponry. They need an advantage. They are after all our main form of law enforcement but I will not impose such an extreme measure for it will only give the CLP ground. Who's stance seems to be to stand back and do absolutely nothing as our nation's moral further deteriorates. |
