MessageNo, no. We must disagree. The PDC feels that the AD is merely taking the easy way out. Sure, it might be easier to buy a new house when the old one gets dirty, or it might be easier to divorce one's spouse rather than deal with marital problems; but those solutions do not solve the problems, they merely brush them aside. Using the AD's "path of least resistance" logic there would be no clean houses and no families in all of Kanjor.

There was a debate on this subject, which frankly accomplished nothing but the retrenchment of old "do away" & "no way" ideas. If the AD wishes to work with others to solve this problem, why did they not engage in that debate? Instead, the AD is calling for us to buy a new house because the old one is dirty, or drop out of school because mathematics is "too" difficult, or quit the planet because there is pollution.

If the AD is serious about a "viable solution to the current constitutional crisis" then why do they not propose something smaller than republicanism, smaller than divorce, smaller than the abandonment of the planet?

Would the AD be interested in aiding the creation of an Amendment to the Constitution that would fix this problem, that would be an easier step to take than to throw the baby out with the bath water?

MessageLaughable at best, my friends.
We saw no such arguments from the PDCK when they helped to throw out the old government in the first place.

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too.
