| With the passage of this bill, the Preservation of Life Act of 2872, abortions shall be allowed to all adults for life-threatening medical emergencies, as well as for the following: * Rape * Incest * Fetal Defects * Mental Health Abortion for the four cases listed above shall only be allowed before the second trimester of pregnancy. Abortion shall not be allowed for any other cases than those mentioned above. |
