| Message | The People's Equality Party does not support this bill, we feel identity cards are costly, infringe on civil liberties and are ineffective. What would happen if a person wasn't carrying their ID card, would they be arrested? If so that is terrible but if not the cards are useless, basically ID cards are a bad idea. |
