| WHEREAS, it has become apparent that the method used in appointing members of the cabinet is flawed, and WHEREAS, a need to change the method of appointing cabinets has arisen as a result, RESOLVED, that the following provisions shall become law. ARTICLE 1: The Fair Apportionment Act of 2662 (Gov.0029.2657) is hereby repealed. ARTICLE 2: Any active party in Sekowo shall have the right to propose a cabinet. ARTICLE 3: There shall be no requirement for proportional representation in cabinets. ARTICLE 4: There shall be no requirement that all parties be included in cabinet proposals. ARTICLE 5: The provisions of this bill shall become law upon recieving the support of two thirds of the members of the Folkstämma |
