MessageOra definire il sindaco un dittatore decisionista ci pare un po' troppo. Poi il sindaco può sempre essere esautorato dal consiglio comunale. Non vediamo perchè tutto questo accanimento verso una figura che sono i cittadini stessi che scelgono.
