Message | To be honest, we don't think neccessities should be taxed at all. Then again, we don't think people should have to pay for bare neccessities. But this is a step in one of those directions, so we approve. |

Message | OOC: Necessities are taxed indirectly through an income tax anyway. I'll vote for this, but I would really suggest we give tax reforms a break until we fix our spending. I'm still waiting for suggestions on how to fix the default values we were given. |
