| We all live in Hobrazia, under hobrazian government, on hobrazian soil. Thus the Hobrazian Government, in any colour or political direction it might have, must be seen as the primary owner of all the land of the nation. This gives that the government is responsible for the use of the nations land, whether it be used to production, living or for other purposes. It should also be the governments priviledge to seize private property (private in the sense: what is build ON the land belonging to the hobrazian nation). To compensate citizens who experience this situation, the government will be forced to pay compensation. To secure the citizens they will be able to complain and let the courts decide whether the governments were wrong in their judgement. |
