Riteniamo che il vilipendio alla bandiera non sia un reato, mentre può essere criminoso un uso commerciale, e quindi a nostro avviso improprio, della bandiera istaliana. Comunque esaminata la posizione dei compagni illuministi presenteremo prossimamente una nuova proposta che quantomeno abolisca il reato di vilipendio alla bandiera. |
