MessageWe welcome this new chapter in Rutanian politics. For Article 1 we prefer that alcoholic beverages may be purchased only from licensed sales outlets, and can only be available to adults. We also like Article 2 as it is, believing it to be beneficial to the ongoing struggle against teenage pregnancy and venereal disease. Article 3: we believe religions should be allowed to freely promote themselves, the LDP are committed to free speech. For Article 4 we prefer that smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve alcohol.
