Bill: Local Police Act of 2877
Details
Submitted by[?]: House Lusk-Nat'l Syndicalist Party (UM)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2877
Description[?]:
Having a national police department is good, but a local police department, responsible to each of the councils, would be much more helpful in the day-to-day work of policing. This act will also permit councils to use their police departments to impose curfews if they deem it necessary. |
