Current: The government allows private higher education but regulates it to meet nationally set standards.

Message | We should probably note that all schools are run by religious groups, and the TCC is the only legal religious body in the land. Hence handing it over to the private sector essentially means that the government takes absolutely no role whatsoever in the Church's handling of educational affairs. |
