Secondo noi l'immagine che i cittadini devono fare vedere l'arma se posseduta e portata in giro ci da un l'impressione quasi da far west. Anche in questo caso non ci stiamo soffermando sull'essenzialità del provvedimento, che ha una sua motivazione dignitosa, ma sui suoi effetti formali. |
