| Message | Volendo fare un provvedimento più complesso ma più equo socialmente, si potrebbe studiare una formula che fa variare la fascia di reddito idonea per il sussidio statale in maniera direttamente proporzionale ai membri di una famiglia: ovvero, per esempio, il sussidio può riceverlo una famiglia con reddito 15.000 LIS e tre membri, una con reddito 45.000 LIS e sei membri, ma non una con reddito 45.000 LIS e tre membri. In tal modo si risponderebbe all'intento di Riforme per l'istalia di tenere conto anche delle famiglie del ceto medio - sperando però che ciò non diventi un incentivo per le nascite. |
