| From the offices of the Governor-General of Greater Hulstria and the Staatsminister of His Imperial Majesty's Government, we do hereby nominate former Commander of the Hulstrian Carina Fleet ABRAHAM WOLFRAM (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/64/Henry_Bathurst,_3rd_Earl_Bathurst_by_William_Salter.jpg) Abraham Wolfram is a native of Pfathzburg, Hulstria, and graduate of the Rudolph V Imperial Navy Academy in Kuratha; Mr. Wolfram also attended Navy Fighter Weapons School and has gone under Navy Nuclear Power Training. Wolfram, prior to becoming the Commander of the Hulstrian Carina Fleet, he served as a junior officer taking up several leadership positions on board various naval ships and aircraft carriers. Mr. Wolfram has also taken up command positions on board gas tankers, missle guided destroyers, and missle crusiers. On land, Wolfram served as the Commandant of Midshipmen at the Rudolph V Imperial Navy Academy, Assisant Chief of Planning and Provisions for the Imperial Navy, and served as a member on the Operational Test and Naval Ship Evaluation board. In 2867 Wolfram was commissioned as the Commander of Hulstrian Carina Fleet and oversaw all naval operations in the Sea of Carina, territory of the Hulstrian Empire. In 2878 Mr. Wolfram stepped down from his position after serving 11 years. The Governor-General and Staatsminister believe that the disciple, the knowledge, and the experience encompassed by Abraham Wolfram will serve the Empire well in the administration of the Eastern Territories. |
