The National Parliament of Beiteynu hereby declares the paramilitary organization "Beiteynuese Revolutionary Volunteers (BRV)" officially dissolved as a legal entity of any sort. This does not mean that being a member of the BRV is illegal, it just means the group itself is being dissolved because the war it was created for is over. Article 1: The paramilitary organization "Beiteynuese Revolutionary Volunteers (BRV)" is hereby officially and legally dissolved as a government-recognized or government-funded entity of any kind. Article 2: All members of the BRV who were previously members of party militias must either regroup as such or surrender all of their military-grade weapons, vehicles, and other materiel to the RAFB. Article 3: All members of the BRV with no previous party affiliations must either join a party militia or surrender all of their military-grade weapons, vehicles, and other materiel to the RAFB. Article 4: In the unlikely event that ceasefire negotiations fail, Article 1, Article 2, and Article 3 of this act are declared null and void. Article 5: Once ceasefire negotiations are over and agreed upon by both nations, Article 4 of this act is declared null and void. |
