The Shareholders of The Imperial East Terra Company do hereby notify this territory and those of other Princes, that the following honours are to be awarded in recognition of The Company's appreciation towards those undersigned persons here recorded. Sir Thomas Matthew Barnes is to be granted the honourary title of 'Commodore of the Imperial East Terra Company' and may use the prefix 'Commodore' or 'CIC' after his name. The award is in recognition of Sir Thomas' lifetime service and dedication to The Company and the advancement of the people of Gaduridos and Fotheringhay. |
