| Non ci convince il concetto di "circostanze estreme". Cosa intendiamo? Ci sono ad esempio 14 stati che non ammettono l'omosessualità. E' da ritenersi una circostanza estrema che ci consente di offrire rifugio ai loro cittadini? Ci sono due stati che non consentono alle donne di lavorare. E' una circostanza estrema? Ci sono 7 stati che non tollerano il pluralismo religioso e altri 7 che impongono l'ateismo. Sono circostanze estreme? Non c'è nulla da fare: la legge attuale è troppo ambigua, lo capirebbe chiunque vuole anteporre un'analisi razionale all'ideologia. |
