Bill: Regional Court Act 2885
Details
Submitted by[?]: God's and the King's Fighters
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 2886
Description[?]:
There are many laws in Hutori that let regional governments decide - it would only be fitting, if there were regional courts for the affected areas, judges would be more concerned with the law only concerning their region, which would lead to faster and safer trials. Of course, in order to maintain the stability of the law and uniformity of jurisdiction, we will still have national courts to review the decisions of regional courts, but there would be fewer and more effective. |
