Recognizing that there do exist some people with difficulties on seeking a job, but also pointing many lazy people that misuse the system, we propose to apply a one year time limit on the Minimum Income policy. However, people who can't afford to get a job for psychical or physical problems are exent from the time limit and are benefited with a special pension. |

Current: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government.
Proposed: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.
