Message | This bill would infringe significantly on the rights of the people. A Jew couldn't wear a yamacha (sp?) inside a courtroom, a Sikh couldn't wear a turban in the grocery store, a Buddhist monk could not wear his orange robe, a Hassid could not wear a tophat, a nun could not wear her robe, a Muslim could not wear a burka... the list goes on and the infractions are many. The Christian Socialist Party will fight tooth and nail to ensure the the rights of religious expression shall never be undermined! |

Message | "A Jew couldn't wear a yamacha (sp?) inside a courtroom" - I think you mean a kippah. |

Message | @UB: They're the same thing. Kippah is the Hebrew word and yamaka is the Yiddish. |
