Message | Mr. Speaker, just because many subjects feel healthy enough to continue working does not mean all should be expected to be able to; nor is it necessarily beneficial for other workers or, in some industries, the public safety. There are certainly workarounds for individuals; otherwise, we recommend those in their retirement who feel a restlessness to volunteer to serve their communities, their families, their friends. |
