Details
Submitted by[?]: Fortunato's Fascist Formation
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2890
Description[?]:
This bill will see sexual intercourse in public become punishable by law and worthy of prosecution. This bill could be seen as a method of driving the practice of dogging underground. Right now people are given the right to persue sexual intercourse whereever they like. We only have to look at the course case of Thomas Anderson and Frank Mann. A pair of gay lovers who were killed on the spot for having anal sex infront of a primary school in the view of stunned children present in the schoolyard. This is civilisation not the jungle, we are not cavemen, we are not animals and animal like behaviour cannot and shall not be permitted. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Displays of public affection and obscenity laws.
Old value:: There are no laws regarding obscene public acts.

Message | Mr Speaker, while we cannot agree with the Ultra reasoning on this issue, we agree with the idea that sexual congress ought to be limited to private areas by law. We would rather support a devolution of this matter to the councils. |
