The current crush of living space in the cities of Hutori has all our fellow subjects on edge and searching for a solution. To this end, the Space Science Act of 2890 will create a state agency to subsidize and evaluate critical research on minimal-impact living for use here and in the most environmentally- and resource-constrained locale known to man - outer space. |
